Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if the request is made within 1 day of the product being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Send a clear photo of the item showing the issue or defect.

  3. Email all return requests to: support@cloudbump.com

Returns requested after the 24-hour window or without supporting photos cannot be accepted.

Important Notes

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after we review your case and confirm the issue.
